About EuroSheds

EuroSheds Inc. pre-fabricates and installs high-quality standard and custom garden sheds and accessory buildings. We are a values-driven team that takes pride in craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and a respectful, positive work culture.

The Opportunity

We want a Team Lead who works hands-on with the crew. You will report to the Shop Supervisor and participate in and lead a small team of apprentices through daily builds and installations. What You'll Do

In the Shop:

  • Work at the framing table as an active builder, not just a lead.
  • Participate in all installation stages of the build as required.
  • Quality-check all components, including those built by team members, while building your own.
  • Organize work areas and ensure tools work before each build day.
  • Review and communicate the build schedule to your crew.
  • Assign tasks and participate equally - no task is below you.
  • Meet daily and weekly, build output benchmarks as set by the Shop Supervisor and ownership.
  • Apply spray-stain finishes to completed sheds in accordance with EuroSheds' quality and finish standards.
  • Prepare materials and sheds for next-day delivery.
  • Ensure proper safety clothing and equipment are worn throughout the workday.

On-Site:

  • Participate in all installation stages: delivery, unloading, assembly, and cleanup.
  • Confirm all materials and tools are loaded before leaving the shop.
  • Lead the installation while working side-by-side with your team.
  • Meet installation-time benchmarks per shed type, as set by the Shop Supervisor and ownership.
  • Collect payment from customers and issue receipts.
  • Photograph completed installations and forward them to marketing at the end of the day.
  • Motivate and support your team through long or demanding days.

What We're Looking For

Character & Work Ethic:

  • High integrity and principled, you hold yourself accountable and inspire others.
  • Positive and resilient, you keep your team steady and motivated in tough conditions.
  • Collaborative and respectful with customers, co-workers, and management
  • A team-first leader who earns loyalty through hard work and true care.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in wood framing is a core requirement of the role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles and carpentry techniques.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in the shop and on job sites.
  • Learn the EuroSheds method before suggesting changes; invest in learning our system first.
  • Previous handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various trades.

Leadership:

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and train a small team, including apprentices
  • Conduct quality checks, manage logistics, and keep builds on schedule.
  • Lead by example, volunteer for all tasks and encourage others to do the same.

Licensing & Transport - REQUIRED:

  • Valid driver's licence in good standing
  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate a truck and trailer
