Journeyman & Lead Hand Electricians | Commercial/Light Industrial

Bridge Electric – Vancouver & Lower Mainland

Compensation: $41.00 – $47.23 per hour (Based on Experience) Apprentices and Foremen are also encouraged to apply; rates are determined by experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution: Execute electrical work in accordance with drawings, specifications, and the Canadian Electrical Code.
  • Site Leadership (Lead Hands): Guide apprentices, manage specific task sequences, and maintain a high pace of production.
  • Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all company safety protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with the Foreman and General Superintendent to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Red Seal Electrician (Required for Journeyman rate).
  • Experience: 4+ years in electrical construction, preferably with a strong commercial background.
  • Technology: Comfortable using modern construction tools (Procore, digital drawings) is a plus.
  • Attributes: Dependable, motivated, and a respectful communicator.
