Full job description

Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team! If you have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.

The Estimator will need to compile estimates for clients in both tender and design scenarios residentially and commercially, as well as provide pricing to clients for daily service calls and emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review blueprints, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Prepare detailed material takeoffs and labour estimates.
  • Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
  • Identify project requirements, risks, and potential cost savings.
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids and quotations.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to clarify project details.

Experience
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Plumbing industry
-Gas Fitter license is considered an asset.
-Strong understanding of preventative maintenance contracts
-Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Salary: To be determined based on experience.
