  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, employee development, and retention.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through leadership development, coaching, employee engagement, and performance management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial, regulatory, payroll, employment, health & safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Provide strategic oversight of health, safety, and risk management programs while promoting a strong culture of workplace safety.
  • Champion the implementation and optimization of technology, business systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Support business development efforts by aligning operational resources with growth strategies and strengthening key stakeholder relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, building cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field.
