We are a leading company in the interlocking industry, with over 12 years of experience. We specialize in providing exceptional interlocking services to our clients, including the design, installation, and maintenance of interlocking systems. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Interlock Foreman to join our team. This position is a hands on foreman position. The interlock foreman will be responsible for leading the installation and maintenance of interlocking systems, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on installation and maintenance of interlocking systems, including the design, layout, and installation of interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscaping features.
  • Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise a team of interlocking technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the interlocking industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of interlocking systems, including the installation, and maintenance of interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscaping features.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.
