Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced crew members on active job sites
  • Learn and follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets
  • Eligible to work in Canada
