Reports To: General Manager

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Total Compensation Potential: $100,000 - $130,000+

We are seeking an organized, driven, and results-oriented Production Manager to lead project execution, support our field teams, and help drive operational excellence as we continue to grow across Alberta.

About the Role

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple construction projects from handoff through completion. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage schedules, crews, subcontractors, suppliers, customer communication, quality control, project profitability, and safety accountability across all active projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with technology and project management software, and experienced in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.

Construction, restoration, insurance, renovation, and exterior contracting professionals are all encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple active projects at various stages of completion
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project performance, productivity, and profitability
  • Resolve project challenges and customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Work closely with estimators, project coordinators, office staff, field supervisors, and management
  • Ensure project information is accurate and up to date within company systems
  • Assist in developing and improving production processes and procedures
  • Recruit, support, and develop crews and subcontractors
  • Manage service, repair, and warranty work as required
  • Uphold company standards, culture, and customer service expectations
  • Drive safety accountability throughout the organization by working closely with field supervisors, crews, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company safety standards and OH&S requirements
  • Work with field supervisors to ensure required safety inspections, documentation, corrective actions, and compliance requirements are completed and maintained

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing multiple construction, restoration, renovation, or service projects simultaneously

  • Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Experience working within a safety-focused construction environment and supporting compliance with company safety programs and OH&S requirements
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience

  • Project management, production management, operations management, or restoration management experience
  • Experience in construction, exteriors, renovation, restoration, or related industries
  • Experience with JobTread, CRM systems, scheduling software, and digital project management tools is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with OH&S regulations, contractor compliance requirements, and COR-certified environments is considered an asset
