We’re growing — and we’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Concrete Restoration Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for concrete restoration and waterproofing projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Prepare bid proposals and tender submissions.
  • Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
  • Work closely with project managers and operations to ensure successful project handoffs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Experience estimating concrete restoration and waterproofing projects.
  • Strong understanding of restoration methods, waterproofing systems, and construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
