Full job description

Complete Utility Contractors is hiring experienced civil underground utility professionals to join our growing team.

We specialize in municipal underground utility construction throughout the Lower Mainland and are looking for experienced people across a variety of field roles.

We’re interested in hearing from experienced:

  • Civil Foremen & Lead Hands
  • Pipelayers
  • Mainline Excavator / Backhoe / Loader Operators
  • Skilled Civil Laborers
  • Concrete & Paving Crew Members

If you have municipal underground utility experience working with water, sanitary and storm systems, we want to hear from you — even if you don’t see your exact position listed above.
