About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization of our Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between our business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring our teams can fully leverage the platform to streamline operations and enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Customization: Tailor user interfaces, workflows, and business processes to meet specific departmental requirements.
  • System Integration: Connect Dynamics 365 with other business systems like Power BI, SharePoint, and third-party applications.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, resolve software issues, and monitor system performance proactively.
  • User Training: Educate end-users on new features and best practices to ensure high system adoption.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration from legacy systems and manage ongoing data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SQL Server.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-900) or role-specific Associate/Expert certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-310) are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
