Office Coordinator

Aquamist Carpet Care

Full-Time | Monday to Friday

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Aquamist Carpet Care has been serving Greater Victoria since 1980. We provide carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, restoration services, and specialty cleaning solutions for residential and commercial clients throughout Southern Vancouver Island.

We're currently looking for a full-time Office Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

As an Office Coordinator, you'll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, help coordinate schedules and appointments, support our field technicians, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks throughout the office.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working as part of a team.

Industry experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily work schedules
  • Responding to customer emails and inquiries
  • Preparing estimates, work orders, invoices, and related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and job information
  • Communicating with technicians, customers, and office staff
  • Following up on customer requests and outstanding items
  • Assisting with billing, collections, and general office administration
  • Supporting department heads and management with administrative tasks
  • Helping maintain organized systems and office procedures
