  • A confident, proactive "go-getter" attitude on the sales floor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with POS systems, CRM software, or design programs is considered an asset).
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Passion for furniture, interior design, home décor, and helping customers create spaces they love.
  • An eye for design, colour, scale, and room planning is considered a strong asset.
  • A desire to grow the business by building long-term customer relationships, generating referrals, and creating repeat clientele.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store sales experiences from initial consultation through to purchase.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our furniture collections, customization options, materials, and pricing (comprehensive training provided).
  • Assist customers with furniture selection, space planning, colour coordination, and design recommendations.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and ongoing communication.
  • Proactively generate new business through customer outreach, referrals, and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations by providing knowledgeable and personalized service.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team while taking ownership of individual sales goals.
  • Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
