Full job description

Do you enjoy helping people learn and feel confident using technology? Are you experienced with Tracker software and familiar with how a dental office operates? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable professional to support dental offices as they implement and use Tracker software. This role is ideal for someone currently working part-time in a dental office who is looking for a flexible opportunity to share their expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Help dental teams get started with Tracker software
  • Train office staff and answer questions
  • Provide guidance and ongoing support to clients
  • Create and update training materials, webinars, and tutorials
  • Work with our team to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Test new software features and provide feedback

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience using Tracker in a dental office
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
