Position Summary

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will serve as our product expert, guiding customers through turbocharger troubleshooting and installation. You will handle inquiries via phone and digital channels, while actively collaborating with our engineering, quality, and catalog teams to improve our products and resources.

What You Will Do

  • Customer Support: Deliver high-quality technical assistance via phone and online submissions; guide callers through installation and diagnostics.
  • Internal Collaboration: Support Sales and Customer Service teams with complex technical queries.
  • Quality & Engineering Feedback: Analyze component failures, report findings, and suggest product enhancements to the Quality and Engineering departments.
  • Content Optimization: Share insights with the Content team to improve catalog lookups, product imagery, and technical support documentation.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain and report monthly support metrics to leadership.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Mechanical Expertise: Broad knowledge of automotive engine repair, diagnostics, and the aftermarket parts industry.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical prints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, user-friendly instructions.
  • Client Care: A strong customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving patience.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
