Job Overview

As a Sales / Operations Co-op student, you will be an extension of the co-founding team. You will work hand in hand with the founders to execute, manage, sell, and optimize live advertising campaigns.

Since we are an out of home marketing agency, you will see firsthand how campaigns move from signed deal to full scale execution. You will be directly involved in coordinating logistics, managing drivers, working with vendors, and ensuring campaigns run efficiently from start to finish.

This role is execution driven and detail oriented, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign execution by managing timelines, scheduling vehicle wrap installations, and ensuring all campaign deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Manage driver operations by creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding drivers, and supporting them throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Work with wrap shops and vendors to coordinate production and installation logistics.
• Track campaign progress, maintain organized documentation, and communicate updates internally.
• Assist in building and improving internal systems, processes, and operational workflows as the company scales.
• Collect and organize campaign data to support reporting and performance analysis.
