Full job description

Copier/Printer Service Technician. Ideal Office Solutions Ltd. is a leader in document Management technology. We have a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Candidate should be mechanically inclined; experience with copy/print/information technology is preferred.

Job Responsibilities: Respond to service requests. Repair copiers and printers . Deliveries of print related supplies, perform scheduled maintenance, replace toner cartridges, and handle basic connectivity related to printing. Receive parts as needed, maintain shop area. Manage daily service call activity opening and closing work orders through our automated system. Communicate professionally with customers and service management directly and digitally. Work with client IT personnel. Represent IdealOS in a professional and ethical manner.

Skills needed: . Ability to problem solve and diagnose. Strong networking and connectivity skills. Valid drivers license

Ideal OS provides our employees with competitive wages and benefits. This is a full time position and manufacturer training will be provided to the successful candidate. Compensation: based on experience and credentials.
