Medskincare Laser Centre is a growing medical aesthetics clinic in Whitby dedicated to providing advanced, physician-supervised aesthetic treatments in a welcoming and professional environment. We offer a wide range of industry-leading treatments, including laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, injectables, body contouring, skin tightening, PRP, exosome therapies, and premium medical-grade skincare.

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Spa Coordinator / Patient Care Consultant who will be the welcoming face of our clinic and guide clients throughout their treatment journey

—from their first phone call to becoming long-term loyal clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome every client with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine smile.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, modify, and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into long-term clients.
  • Educate clients about treatments, skincare products, memberships, and packages.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and text.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and medical aestheticians to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Assist with inventory management and retail merchandising.
  • Help maintain treatment rooms and reception areas to the highest standards.
  • Create and schedule engaging content using Canva and manage inquiries through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events.
  • Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and privacy standards are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Medical Aesthetics, Spa Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Medical Spa reception experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Front Desk experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using POS systems and medical spa booking software (Zenoti experience is an asset).
  • Experience using Canva and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work evenings and Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
  • Knowledge of Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, PRP, exosomes, body contouring, and medical-grade skincare.
  • Experience working in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic clinic.
