WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE


As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention

  • Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services

  • Assist in correcting billing concerns.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative role include:

  • 1 year of customer service and sales experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial

  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

  • Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)

  • The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.
