Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk and office environment. Prior experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, along with familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Workspace. The position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support tasks
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and customer support inquiries
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone etiquette and professional communication
  • Support medical or dental office operations by managing patient or client information and supporting reception duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring efficient office operations
