We are looking to expand our administration division by adding a full time charismatic Administrative Coordinator to our team.

ISR / ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Working in administration at Bath Fitter you'll be at the heart of all operations. You’ll have daily interactions with our valued customers while providing support to the entire team!

If you have a charismatic personality, enjoy helping people, are resourceful and understand the importance of being accurate and proactive, we would love to meet you!

As an ISR /Administrative Coordinator you will be directly responsible for maintaining appointment schedules. Our office is very dynamic and your organizational skills will be tested! Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling appointments for our design consultants and valued customers
  • Scheduling and maintaining weekly installations for our technicians
  • Daily communication with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Accurate data entry, record-keeping, organization of files and compiling clear concise information pertaining to various contracts
  • Update daily CRM activity; extract and input information as it relates to scheduling customer appointments
  • Perform other clerical office duties as required
  • Function as an brand ambassador for Bath Fitter

What you need to succeed…

  • 1 – 2 years of office admin experience (equivalent education will be considered)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong listening skills.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional and friendly telephone manor
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient computer skills (Office/Email)
  • Previous experience using a CRM or a Marketing Dashboard is considered an asset
  • Pride in your work and a strong work ethic
  • Experience working with multi-line systems is advantageous
