Wanted: Veterinary Medical Receptionist/Client Care Specialist

We are looking for an experienced person who genuinely loves connecting with people and their pets - someone who wants to be the face the people see when they walk through the door and one of the many reasons they want to come back.

At Black Creek Animal Hospital, we are not filling a reception desk, we are building a team. The right person for this role brings an exceptional personality, a positive attitude, a drive to build relationships and a genuine commitment to collaborative high-quality care.

We are an independently owned, small animal hospital opening in the Comox Valley in Fall 2026, and we are hiring to have our team ready from day one. Your Role:

Our Client Care team members lead the front desk and client communications. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, managing inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks that support daily operations, and supporting your team wherever needed.
