What You'll Do
As a valued member of our care team, you will:
- Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
- Assist clients with activities of daily living

- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
- Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Is compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
- Enjoys cooking and can confidently prepare meals by following recipes
- Works well independently while being a strong team player
- Has previous caregiving or community support experience (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Is available to work weekdays and weekends (flexibility is an asset)
Qualifications
- Health Care Assistant (HCA) Certificate or BC Care Aide Registry number
- Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of an Open Work Permit
