Caregivers Wanted – HCAs, Student RNs & Experienced Healthcare Workers

We’re growing—and looking for compassionate, dedicated caregivers to join our team.

We are currently hiring Health Care Aides (HCAs), Student Registered Nurses (Student RNs), semi-retired RNs, and individuals with healthcare experience to provide personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. You’ll support seniors and individuals living with disabilities—making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care
  • Follow and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) within scope of practice
  • Support clients with transfers, mobility, and prescribed exercises
  • Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Work safely within your level of training and experience

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
  • Experience with catheter care and peri care required
  • Safe lifting and transfer experience is an asset
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an asset)
  • Must currently reside in Kelowna or the Okanagan area
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (LMIA not available)
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Willingness to work weekends and occasional on-call shifts

Schedule & Hours

  • 10–30 hours per week
  • Weekday and weekend shifts available
