Full job description

The Resident Support Worker, under the direction of the Supervisor and Executive Director, will play a crucial role in the day-to-day support of our residents. The main role will be offering assistance and support to individuals making the transition from homelessness to low-income (un)supportive housing. They are non-judgmental and interested in building healthy supportive relationships.

  • Hours will full-time rotational, working 9:00am to 9:00pm, 4 days on/4 days off.
  • Satisfactory criminal record inquiry is required.
  • Email/Data Entry are required.
  • Light janitorial duties to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Requires ability to lift 10 pounds, walk and stand for moderate periods.
  • Individuals with diverse experience and education will be considered.
  • Individuals must be okay working independently and in a small team.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle.

Compensation: Starting $24.00 an hour. Benefits provided after probationary period.
