  • Guide students through job matching, providing personalized support to align their skills and goals with employer needs
  • Support students with resume preparation, interview coaching, and employment readiness throughout their program
  • Track and report on placement outcomes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to measure success and identify gaps
  • Follow up with graduates and employers post-placement to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly

Process Development & Operations

  • Design and document placement workflows, employer onboarding processes, and student support protocols from scratch
  • Develop policies, templates, and tracking systems to ensure consistency and quality across all placement activities
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where flexibility and problem-solving are essential

  • Organize alumni events and communications to foster a strong sense of community and institutional loyalty

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in employer relations, workforce development, or career services, ideally in a post-secondary or training environment
  • Existing relationships with employers in the KWC region and surrounding regions, , particularly in healthcare or community services
  • Proven ability to build processes from the ground up with minimal direction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
