Voyago is Hiring a Full-Time Charter Specialist!

Are you a relationship builder with a passion for customer service, organization, and creating unforgettable experiences? Join the Voyago team and play a key role in growing and shaping our Charter division!

As our Charter Specialist, you will be a vital part of our success by connecting with clients, managing charter opportunities, and helping bring new ideas and solutions to life. This is a full time position with an immdiate opening!

Your Role:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage and coordinate all incoming charter requests from start to finish
  • Oversee reporting and assist with tracking charter performance and opportunities
  • Research, prepare, and bid on new charter opportunities to help grow our business
  • Support special projects and play an important role in the continued success of our Charter division
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to promote new charter opportunities and develop creative solutions for customer inquiries
  • Help identify new opportunities by staying connected with local events, community gatherings, and regional activities
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to support the smooth operation of daily transportation services

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • You are a motivated, professional, and engaging individual who enjoys building connections
  • You have outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating positive client experiences
  • You are highly organized and able to successfully balance phone inquiries, emails, and multiple priorities
  • You have exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
  • You can provide a clean criminal record search
  • You have strong computer skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • You are comfortable navigating and engaging on social media platforms
  • Experience in the transportation industry is an asset
  • You have strong geographic knowledge of Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas
  • You are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (start and end times can be negotiated)

Location:

  • Our office is located at 499 Wabanaki Drive Kitchener ON.
  • This position is 100% in office, remote work is not avaialble

Hourly Rate:

The rate for this position is $21.00/hour with full benefits after 3 months!
