THE ROLE

As a Bilingual Concierge Advisor , you will:

  • Deliver world-class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email in French and English
  • Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed established performance targets

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Bilingual Concierge Advisor has:

  • The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) and French (written and verbal)
    • French as first language is preferred
    • Certifications in French language proficiency such as DALF C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Proficient) or CEFRL C1 or C2
  • The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships
  • An aspirational sense of individual style
  • The desire to thrive on a high-performance team
  • The commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s values and standards
  • The aptitude for learning and navigating diverse technology systems

Retail, contact centre, customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset.

THE LOGISTICS

As a Bilingual Concierge Advisor, you have:

  • The ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training in your first two weeks
    • Training is typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 11 AM – 5 PM EST
  • The ability to work shifts within our operating hours of 9AM - 9PM EST (including evenings and weekends)
  • No extended time off from mid-November through January during our peak sales events

Actual hours scheduled each week will depend on your availability and business volumes.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
