We are searching for a Resident Experience Manager to join our Faubourg du Mascaret team based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

About the Opportunity

  • Maintains quality and resident satisfaction of Faubourg du Mascaret standards
  • Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service
  • Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices
  • Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Faubourg du Mascaret through established standards
  • Provides leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team
  • Accountable for management and performance of both departments
  • Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department
  • Oversees operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department
  • Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 2-3 years in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment is an asset
  • You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment
  • Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset
