About the Role:
Support Workers build meaningful relationships and provide day-to-day support that helps people live their best life. You’ll create safe, positive, and inclusive environments while encouraging independence and connection in the community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide person-centered support based on each individual’s goals and routines
  • Help with daily living activities (meals, appointments, personal care, etc.)
  • Foster feelings of safety, respect, and belonging through Gentle Teaching
  • Encourage choice, growth, and meaningful community involvement
  • Keep accurate documentation and communicate effectively with your team

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach — relationships come first
  • Flexible availability — must be able to work days, evenings, nights, overnights, and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
  • First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license (asset)
  • Experience in disability support or human services is an asset, but not required — training provided

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
