What You'll Do

As a Personal Support Manager, you'll provide leadership to a team of Personal Support Workers while ensuring exceptional care for clients in the community.

You'll:

  • Lead, coach and support a team of PSWs
  • Ensure high-quality, client-centered care is delivered consistently
  • Monitor team performance and operational goals
  • Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
  • Support employee engagement and professional growth
  • Respond to client concerns and ensure issues are resolved quickly
  • Work closely with internal teams and community partners
  • Help improve processes and support new initiatives
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Leadership or management experience preferred
  • Community nursing experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coaching and developing staff
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Current CPR certification
