Home Share might be right for you. We find the right match for our providers, their families, and the people we support. Once approved, Home share Providers become contracted service providers with Community Connections Support Services and make a difference in the lives of people who live with a disability in our communities. The BC government has recently raised the funding for Home Share Providers.
