We’re looking for a Travel & Reservation Agent to join our team and help guests plan and book incredible experiences across the North. If you love travel, enjoy helping people, are comfortable with technology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a Travel & Reservation Agent, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests, helping turn their ideas into well-planned Arctic adventures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable recommendations on tours, accommodations, transportation, and travel options
  • Processing reservations, payments, cancellations, and itinerary changes accurately
  • Building customized travel itineraries based on guest interests, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating with internal teams, accommodation providers, transportation partners, and tour operators
  • Maintaining accurate reservation and guest information
  • Following up with guests before and after their experiences to ensure excellent service
  • Helping identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional activities and services
  • Staying informed about our destinations, tours, seasonal offerings, and travel conditions
  • Supporting social media content, engagement, and online promotion of Arctic Range Adventure experiences
  • Using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve customer communication, content creation, research, organization, and day-to-day efficiency
  • Handling unexpected changes with professionalism, creativity, and a solutions-oriented attitude

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about travel, tourism, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating by phone, email, and in person
  • Comfortable managing multiple reservations and priorities at once
  • A proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Social-media savvy, with an interest in creating engaging content and connecting with travelers online
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to work smarter, create content, research travel information, and improve guest experiences
  • Curious and willing to learn new digital tools, platforms, and technologies
  • Comfortable working with reservation systems and common computer applications
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, reservations, social media, or customer service is an asset. Knowledge of Yukon, Alaska, or Northern Canada is also an advantage, but a passion for the North and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Why Join Arctic Range Adventure?

You won’t simply be selling trips—you’ll be helping people experience some of the most spectacular landscapes and adventures in the world.

At Arctic Range Adventure, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work in an exciting and inspiring travel environment
  • Share your passion for the Yukon and the North with visitors from around the world
  • Be part of a team that values exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop your knowledge of tourism, travel, digital marketing, and emerging AI technology
  • Help create once-in-a-lifetime memories for our guests

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Dental care
  • Extended health care
  • Life insurance
