JOB SCOPE

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong marketing generalist with expertise in campaign management, digital marketing, content strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Marketing Manager will oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, manage content and brand strategy, analyze campaign performance, coordinate external vendors and partners, and work closely with commercial and operational teams to support business objectives and deliver measurable results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and brand priorities.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, partnerships, PR, and in-location channels.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights to inform positioning, promotions, and campaign priorities.
  • Assist with go-to-market strategies and lounge opening communications plan
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement programs
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, marketing collateral, campaigns, and communications.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, digital content, copy, and visual assets in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Manage campaign calendars, content schedules, and approval processes to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spend, evaluate return on investment, and recommend adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
  • Select, brief, and manage external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to deliver campaigns, events, and marketing materials within scope and budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights, recommendations, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Collaborate with operations, commercial, finance, and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with customer experience and business priorities.
  • Provide guidance to team members or coordinators, support prioritization of work, and contribute to capability building within the marketing function.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Other related responsibilities and special or ad hoc projects, as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, campaign execution, or related commercial roles, including experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, campaign planning, and brand management principles.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing systems, content scheduling tools, and design collaboration platforms.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, retail, food and beverage, or other customer-facing industries is an asset.
  • Intermediate proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite required
  • Intermediate proficiency in onset photography and video production
  • Professional proficiency in C-Suite presentation design
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken;
  • French is a strong asset and may be required for roles supporting Quebec operations.
