Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/CSR to join our family owned Collision shop. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring competitive pricing. This position offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of vehicles, utilizing advanced estimating tools and collaborating with Insurance partners and clients to deliver successful outcomes. This is a customer facing role.

Duties

  • Review vehicle damage, specifications, and relevant information to develop comprehensive estimates
  • Utilize software such as Mitchell Connect, Qapter, and Alldata to prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Follow vehicle/file from Assignment to Final
  • Collaborate with Appraisers, clients, and vendors to negotiate costs and clarify timelines
  • Maintain real time accuracy within Management system
  • Maintain organized records of all estimating activities and documentation for future reference
  • Must be knowledgeable in reconciling & supplementing files
  • Support General Manager as needed with Production
  • Update customers and partners alike to insure a seamless repair process.
