JOIN A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS AND WORK IN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT!

Based in our office in Ottawa, and under the responsibility of the Director of operations, the Property Service Coordinator coordinates activities related to the Operations department and performs the following tasks:
  • Respond to service requests;
  • Distribute work tickets to building technicians and follow up on them;
  • Ensure good communication between the technician and the property manager;
  • Ensure the proper deployment of technicians to the buildings;
  • Ensure tenant records in Yardi are complete and up to date;
  • Respond to tenants' various requests;
  • Send various letters and notices;
  • Process purchase orders;
  • Process invoices;
  • Manage security permits and incident reports;
  • Manage service contracts as requested by Property Managers;
  • Prepare monthly reports;
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager on satisfaction surveys;
  • Supervise in collaboration with the property manager the rent arrears;
The salary range is between $63,000 and $67,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications :
  • College diploma in office automation;
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar job and more specifically in real estate;
  • Perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Fluency in both English and French is require;
