Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in handling multi-line phone systems. Prior experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment while developing valuable administrative skills.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry with accuracy, including updating patient or client records
  • Handle filing, record keeping, and document management tasks
  • Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic QuickBooks entries as needed
  • Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support medical or dental office operations by managing patient check-in/check-out processes if applicable
