Full job description

Company Overview:
We are a stone fabrication company based in Richmond, specializing in custom countertops and stone surfaces for residential and commercial projects. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated sales professional to help grow our client base within the local construction and renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to independent home builders, contractors, and renovation companies across the Greater Vancouver area
  • Introduce our stone products and installation services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and communications

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $1,500/month
  • Commission: 10% sales commission (uncapped)
  • Average sales representatives earn $4,000 – $6,000 per month
  • High performers can significantly exceed this range depending on results
  • Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities available
