Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customers IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment. As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers operations and enhancing their systems' reliability.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain server environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
  • Implement and manage cloud services using platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support DevOps practices and automate deployment processes.
  • Maintain network infrastructure, ensuring secure connections and efficient data flow.
  • Install, configure and administer to Fortinet as well as Palo Alto firewalls
  • Troubleshoot network issues including switches, firewalls and Access Points
  • Administer to O365 as well as SharePoint
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Skills

  • Proficient in Linux operating systems (not required)
  • Experience with a variety of firewalls such as Fortinet and Palo Alto
  • Knowledge of computer networking principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Server Administration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
