Role: Registered Clinical Psychologist - Adult ADHD and Autism Assessments (Remote, Full-Time)

Location: Remote, Ontario.

About Bebe Therapy:
Bebe Therapy is a fast-growing virtual mental health practice focused on adult ADHD, Autism, and psychological assessments across Canada. We specialize in building modern, accessible assessment services for adults seeking clarity, support, and evidence-based care, with a strong focus on high-quality client experience and clinically thorough assessments. As demand continues to grow across Ontario and into new provinces, we are looking for a full-time Registered Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about assessment work and ready to grow with a forward-thinking practice.

Who You Are:
You are a skilled clinician who genuinely enjoys assessment work. You want the stability of a full-time salaried role while being 100% remote. You care deeply about clinical excellence and want to be part of a team that shares that commitment. If that sounds like you, we would love to talk.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual psychological assessments for adults
  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools
  • Prepare clear, evidence-based psychological reports with diagnostic impressions and recommendations
  • Conduct ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments
  • Collaborate with our intake and administrative team to create a smooth client experience
  • Focus on assessments with minimal therapy responsibilities required

What We Provide:

  • A full-time salaried role with a total compensation between $140k-200k
  • A fully remote position with no commute and no office requirement
  • All marketing, intake coordination, and client onboarding handled by our team

Requirements:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), formerly the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO)
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Experience conducting adult ADHD assessments (required)
  • Experience conducting Autism assessments considered a strong asset
  • Strong diagnostic interviewing and report-writing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fully virtual environment
  • Commitment to ethical, and evidence-based care
