Overview

We are seeking a friendly, mature, professional individual to provide help and assistance at the front desk for our amazing clients and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as needed
  • Process payments and handle billing transactions efficiently
  • Assist with laboratory tasks when necessary, including sample collection and processing (laboratory experience preferred)
  • Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and veterinary products to ensure availability
  • Support veterinary team with administrative duties to enhance clinic operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach toward clients and animals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and veterinary management software
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in veterinary assisting is a plus

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
