Dental Team Lead / Senior Treatment Coordinator (Pediatric Practice)
Toronto, ON

We are a warm, patient-centered pediatric dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Team Lead / Senior Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in the Toronto Beaches area/Scarborough.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, relationship-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience for children and families.

About the Role
This is a hybrid leadership and clinical coordination role. You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day flow of the practice while helping families understand and move forward confidently with treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support front desk and administrative team members
  • Coordinate and present treatment plans with clarity, warmth, and confidence
  • Improve case acceptance through excellent communication and follow-up
  • Oversee scheduling flow to optimize productivity and patient experience
  • Support systems for new patient intake and referral tracking
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
  • Manage financials and Accounts Receivable

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of dental administration experience
  • Strong background in treatment coordination (pediatric experience is an asset)
  • Exceptional communication skills—warm, articulate, and professional
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Natural leadership ability with a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
