Senior Administrator

Our Dental clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings

- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed

- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

- Maintain office files both physically and computerized

- Assist with front desk duties when necessary

- Proofread documents for errors and ensure quality control

- Utilise excel spreadsheets when necessary

- Manage phone systems and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Skills:

- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, and proofreading

- Familiarity with computerized systems for office organization
