Laserlicious is an award-winning, results-driven medical aesthetics clinic in Etobicoke specializing in advanced laser technology, customized treatment plans, and long-term skin transformation programs.

We are hiring a high-level, experienced Medical Aesthetician who is confident with lasers, consultations, client education, treatment planning, and professional communication.

This is not a basic spa position. We are a medical aesthetics clinic with high standards, advanced technology, and a strong focus on real results.

Who We Are Looking For

This role is for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of medical aesthetics experience
  • Has strong hands-on experience with laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and medical-grade chemical peels
  • Is confident conducting consultations and creating customized treatment plans
  • Understands consultation-based selling, package recommendations, and client retention
  • Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Can professionally educate clients on treatments, skincare, and long-term results
  • Is reliable, polished, confident, and detail-oriented
  • Takes pride in documentation, sanitation, client care, and results
  • Can support front desk operations when needed
  • Wants to grow with a clinic long-term, not just look for another job

We are looking for someone who can bring experience, confidence, professionalism, and strong client communication to both the treatment room and the consultation process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced laser and skin treatments
  • Conduct in-depth client consultations
  • Create customized treatment plans based on client goals, skin type, and concerns
  • Educate clients on medical-grade skincare and proper home care
  • Perform medical-grade chemical peels and advanced skin treatments
  • Support long-term client retention and treatment program sales
  • Maintain accurate client notes, consent forms, and treatment documentation
  • Follow proper sanitation, safety, and clinic protocols
  • Assist with front desk duties when needed, including calls, booking, check-out, and client follow-up
  • Assist with inventory and treatment room organization
  • Support social media content when applicable

Bonus Qualifications

  • Electro-coagulation certification
  • Experience with multiple laser platforms
  • Experience selling treatment packages or customized programs
  • Strong knowledge of pigmentation, acne, skin tightening, laser hair removal, resurfacing, and skin rejuvenation treatments
