Job Summary

Duties

  • Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and prepare treatment rooms for chiropractic sessions
  • Assist chiropractor during patient examinations and adjustments by providing necessary tools and support
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance recovery
  • Manage patient records accurately, including documenting treatments, progress notes, and medical histories
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and processing payments
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
