About Us:

Pine Creek Dental is seeking a full time Registered Dental Assistant to be a part of our team! We are a new Dental Clinic in Southwest Calgary and are offering a full-range of Dental Services catering to patients of all ages. Our patients' care, comfort, and convenience is of the utmost importance, along with a fun and positive working environment! If you have an upbeat personality, love to smile, and believe that you can add real value to our patients' experience, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Registered with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants
  • CPR Certification

Assets:

  • Front Desk / Administrative Experience
  • Knowledge of Dentrix and Recall Max
  • IV Sedation Certification
  • Preventative or Orthodontic Module Completion
  • Competence in Intraoral Scanning
  • Intra/Extraoral Photography Experience
  • Experience with Neuromodulator (Botox®) Treatments
  • Experience ordering and doing inventory

Duties

  • Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
  • Take dental radiographs and clinical photographs
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.
  • Handle ordering, stocking and organization of clinic.

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule

  • 32 - 40 Hours per Week
  • One Saturday per month (6 hrs)
