Dr. Alexa Chichak, ND is a modern, patient-centered naturopathic practice in North Vancouver focused on individualized, evidence-informed care.

Our approach combines the principles of naturopathic medicine with current evidence and a practical understanding of each patient's unique goals, lifestyle, and needs. We take the time to understand the bigger picture rather than simply treating a diagnosis.

Our practice has a strong focus on IV therapy, injection therapies, women's health and hormones, digestive health, preventative medicine, nutrient status, mental wellness, and aesthetic medicine.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Associate Naturopathic Doctor who is clinically strong, personable, motivated, and genuinely enjoys working with patients.

This is an opportunity to join an established practice with existing infrastructure, administrative support, and patient flow while maintaining autonomy in your clinical practice.

A significant component of this role will involve IV nutrient therapy and injection-based medicine, making this an excellent opportunity for an ND who enjoys procedural medicine and wants to incorporate IV therapy into a meaningful part of their practice.

We are looking for someone who is excited to grow their own patient base while contributing to the continued growth of the clinic.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution
• Current registration in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC
• Certified in injection therapies
• Certified in acupuncture
• Eligible to perform IV therapy and injection procedures within their regulated scope, training, and certifications
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Warm, professional, and patient-centered approach
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team
• Commitment to evidence-informed naturopathic medicine
• Professional liability insurance

Experience with IV nutrient therapy is strongly preferred. Experience with additional injection modalities, cosmetic neuromodulators, regenerative therapies, or hormone therapy is an asset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive naturopathic assessments and consultations
• Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients
• Provide IV nutrient therapy and injectable therapies
• Assess patients appropriately for IV and injection-based treatments
• Perform IV starts and administer IV therapies within your scope and training
• Provide injection therapies within your regulated scope
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, and expectations
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing
• Prescribe supplements, natural health products, and pharmaceutical medications within scope
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the clinic team to provide a seamless patient experience
• Continue developing your clinical expertise through ongoing education

Compensation

Compensation will be structured competitively based on experience, clinical scope, and patient volume.
