Full job description

We are looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our busy service team.

Appointment Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that the service department is busy and well scheduled by performing incoming/outgoing calls. They are the first point of contact on the phones in the service department and ensure that clients are able to schedule repairs easily and stress free.

They will arrange a convenient dropoff time with the service advisor, ensure all necessary parts have been received for repairs, arrange courtesy transportation and review maintenance recommendations with the customer.

They are also responsible for scheduling pick up and deliveries of customer vehicles and arranging drivers.

Our ideal candidate will be local to the Ottawa Valley, and have a valid G Driver's License.

Hours will be 10 am - 7 pm Monday-Friday and 8-4 every second Saturday. After working Saturday you will have the next Friday off in lieu.
