At Northern Reflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo, we are united by a shared vision: to inspire and empower women through fashion that fits their lives. With a proud legacy in Canadian retail, we bring together decades of expertise, a passionate team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional style, quality, and service.

As part of our growing organization, you’ll join a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, customer connection, and the power of great fashion. Whether it’s timeless comfort, polished workwear, or versatile style, each of our brands plays a unique role in serving women across generations.

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager, will lead all aspects of the store’s business with full accountability for driving profitable sales growth and achieving key financial results. Through attracting, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team, you will create a culture focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of store performance by focusing on key financials including sales, gross margin, conversion, payroll hours, expenses, and shrink.
  • Lead with a customer-first mindset to ensure an outstanding and consistent customer experience.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing, fashion-loving team through effective leadership and ongoing development.
  • Balance operational excellence with strategic thinking to increase store productivity and profitability.
  • Deliver strong brand representation through deep knowledge of the product, business, and company values.
  • Champion visual merchandising and marketing initiatives to maintain a compelling and sales-focused store environment.
  • Execute store directives in visual presentation, merchandising standards, and promotional planning.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment for both customers and store team.
  • Implement and monitor loss prevention practices to safeguard company assets.
  • Create and nurture a positive work culture that motivates your team and reflects core values.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, providing clear expectations, support, and accountability to drive team and individual performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel or specialty retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business performance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-focused store culture.
  • Solid understanding of key retail metrics including sales, gross margin, KPIs, conversion, and hours management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in visual merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
