HVAC Cleaning TechnicianMAX Heating & Air Conditioning

Edmonton, AB

MAX Heating & Air Conditioning is a fast-growing, family-owned mechanical contractor serving residential, commercial, restoration, and institutional clients throughout Alberta.

We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in HVAC cleaning or are looking to start a new career, we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Take pride in providing excellent customer service
  • Be dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License (Non-GDL)
  • Have a clean driver's abstract
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Have reliable transportation to and from our office in Edmonton
  • Be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in residential, commercial, and industrial environments

Previous HVAC cleaning, restoration, construction, mechanical, or service experience is considered a strong asset and will be compensated accordingly.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving company vehicles to residential and commercial job sites
  • Communicating professionally with customers before, during, and after service
  • Performing HVAC system cleaning in accordance with NADCA standards and MAX Heating procedures
  • Cleaning ductwork, furnaces, rooftop units, coils, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment
  • Assisting with commercial, restoration, and specialty cleaning projects
  • Completing required job documentation and checklists
  • Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools
  • Representing MAX Heating professionally at all times
