As a Housekeeper at Crown Isle Resort, you are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout our Villa accommodations. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure that every guest arrives to a spotless, well-prepared room and enjoys a comfortable stay.

Training and support are provided to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Rooms & Public Areas:

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms, to established resort standards
• Strip beds of used linens and remake beds with fresh linens
• Replace towels, toiletries, and in-room amenities to ensure rooms are fully stocked for arriving guests
• Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, wall hangings, windows, doors, mirrors, and surfaces
• Wash and sanitize bathroom areas, including tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and walls
• Vacuum carpets and wash all floor surfaces

Organization & Supplies:

• Set up and maintain cleaning caddies with required supplies
• Keep storerooms clean, organized, and well stocked to support efficient daily operations
• Restock guest room items such as hangers, extra pillows, blankets, and literature

Safety & Quality Checks:

• Inspect lights, remotes, doors, and window locks to ensure they are in proper working order
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions promptly to management
• Follow all safety procedures and cleaning standards

Team & Guest Interaction:

• Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with guests and team members
• Support the housekeeping team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning principles and proper use of cleaning products
• Ability to safely operate standard housekeeping equipment
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays

Assets:

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• A positive attitude and pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces
