Why Work with Repeat Clean?

• $30-40/hr on average plus tips, paid within a few days. You keep 55% of revenue, (not paid hourly, unless specified.) Efficient cleaners can make more per hour, and tips, if they still get the job done without cutting corners. You should expect to make a minimum of $30.25/hr on all jobs, and the average will be between $30-$40, PLUS keep 100% of tips. We haven't seen another cleaning company offer higher wages.

A Day on the Job:

• Get notified about jobs
• Show up within your arrival window and clock in
• Clean using the provided checklist
• Get reviews, tips, and repeat bookings
• Enjoy breaks or finish after one job — it varies
• Paid out quickly—a couple days later via Stripe or E-transfer

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of professional residential house cleaning experience—working in a field where some cleaning was required does not cut it; it needs to be working as a residential house cleaner in some capacity already.
• We prefer that we can book you without asking first
• RELIABLE & CONSISTENT! :)
• You are ok with letting your schedule fill up over a few weeks, not guaranteed full-time hours right away
• Your own vehicle and willingness to travel to different jobs within a reasonable range away from home. (At least 2-3 neighbouring cities or counties)
• Are ok with a minimum job length of 2+ hours (your day may consist of 1 long job sometimes and a couple shorter jobs sometimes, depending on your availability.)
• No criminal record
• Your own cleaning supplies and professional-grade vacuum (We will help you with reducing the cost of your supplies to near zero)
• Fluent in English, easy to understand
• Physically fit (this is hands-on work)
• Comfortable using an app for job details and scheduling
• Able to work independently
• Smart phone with data plan
• Capable of completing:
• Standard, deep, and move-out cleans
• Add-ons (fridge, oven, laundry, dishes — paid extra)
