Bizi Transport is an established Canadian transportation company specializing in oilfield services, industrial transportation, and bulk commodity hauling.

Our operations span Western Canada and beyond, transporting a diverse range of products, including frac sand, sulphur, chemicals, CO₂, nitrogen, and other specialized commodities.

With an experienced operations team, dedicated driver trainers, in-house maintenance facilities, and around-the-clock dispatch support, we are committed to providing safe, reliable transportation services while supporting the professional development of our drivers.

Join Our Driving Team

We're hiring experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers to support our growing transportation operations.

Whether your background is in highway hauling, tankers, Super Bs, flat decks, agriculture, or oilfield transportation, we're interested in hearing from you.

Our operations offer opportunities to work with different equipment, commodities, and customers. Drivers with specialized experience are encouraged to apply, but we also consider applicants with strong commercial driving backgrounds who are interested in developing new skills.

What We Offer

  • $9,000–$11,000 gross monthly earning potential, depending on assignments and work performed.
  • Consistent, year-round transportation opportunities.
  • Extended health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Rotational schedules based on operational requirements.
  • Opportunities to gain experience in specialized hauling.
  • Driver training, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Exposure to a variety of commodities, equipment, and projects.
  • Modern, well-maintained equipment.
  • In-house maintenance support.
  • 24/7 operational support from experienced dispatchers.
  • Monthly virtual Town Halls with company leadership
  • Driver Referral Program.

Relevant Driving Experience

We welcome applications from commercial drivers with backgrounds in:

  • Super B / B-Train combinations.
  • Tanker transportation.
  • Pneumatic trailers and bulk hauling.
  • Frac sand and oilfield transportation.
  • Sulphur, chemical, fuel, or petroleum hauling.
  • Highway and long-haul transportation.
  • Dump trucks and side dumps.
  • Flat deck and heavy haul.
  • Agriculture and heavy equipment transportation.
  • Resource roads, logging roads, and remote operations.
  • Mountain and winter driving.
  • Manual transmissions and tire chaining.

Experience in all these areas is not required.

We recognize that skilled drivers come from different sectors of the transportation industry. Applicants with a solid Class 1 driving foundation and an interest in specialized transportation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned project, responsibilities may include:

  • Operating commercial tractor-trailer combinations, including Super B configurations.
  • Transporting bulk commodities and specialized products throughout Western Canada and beyond.

  • Operating safely in changing weather, winter, and mountain conditions.
  • Installing and removing tire chains when required.
  • Completing electronic logs, inspections, and transportation documentation.
  • Maintaining communication with dispatchers, field supervisors, and customer representatives.
  • Following company policies, transportation regulations, and customer-specific safety procedures.
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting equipment concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1 driver's licence.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous commercial Class 1 driving experience.
  • Current driver's abstract demonstrating an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong commitment to safe commercial vehicle operation.
  • Ability to work in varying road, weather, and operating conditions.
  • Physical ability to perform job-related duties, including chaining, climbing, and working outdoors.
  • Ability to use electronic logging devices, smartphones, and mobile applications.
  • First Aid and H2S Alive certifications, or willingness to obtain required certifications.
  • Professional communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Previous oilfield or specialized bulk-hauling experience is an asset but is not mandatory for every assignment.

  • Stay in their trucks while working away from home.
  • Complete required rest periods and resets while on the road.
  • Travel throughout Western Canada and other Canadian regions.

This position is not suited to applicants seeking home-daily driving work.

Specific schedules and assignments will depend on operational requirements, driver qualifications, and available projects.
